Our Leadership

Pastor Diane Krauszer

Pastor Diane received her BA from Hope College and her Master of Divinity from New Brunswick Theological Seminary. She then spent 15 years working with her husband at the Kodiak Baptist Mission in Kodiak, AK, followed by several years managing a prominent Mat-Su Valley non-profit and all of its outreach programs.

Today she is the pastor at Trinity and, in her spare time, enjoys gardening, reading, singing (in several choirs), baking, hiking, and watching SciFi with her husband.

What We Follow

Trinity Lutheran Church is part of The Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA). You’ll find details on what ELCA member churches teach here: http://www.elca.org/Faith/ELCA-Teaching

This excerpt from that site shows some of the thinking behind our mission statement, “Inviting All to Know and Grow in Christ”:

Every Sunday in worship ELCA congregations hear God’s word from the Scriptures, pray as Jesus taught and come to the Lord’s Table expecting to receive the mercies that the Triune God promises.

Throughout the week ELCA members continue to live by faith, serving others freely and generously in all that they do because they trust God’s promise in the Gospel.

In small groups and at sick beds, in private devotions and in daily work, this faith saturates all of life.
